Professional Services Architect (Azure)

About the role

World Wide Technology is seeking a Professional Services Architect specialized in Azure to join its Costa Rica team. In this role you will partner with presales architects and sales teams to understand client objectives, design cloud solutions, and drive successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with presales and sales teams to capture business requirements and design comprehensive Azure‑based solutions.
• Provide technical expertise during the sales cycle, including presentations, demos, and proposal development.
• Lead implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Produce clear overviews of complex architectures, integrations, and project updates for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all cloud solutions comply with security standards and best‑practice compliance frameworks.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development and internal process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with presales and sales teams on cloud‑focused engagements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical delivery teams through design and implementation phases.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
