Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor leads a shift team to ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑time manufacturing while meeting cost and continuous‑improvement targets. This role oversees all aspects of production, from machine operation to workforce planning, within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of production associates to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and ROCK (Remove, Organize, Clean, Keep) metrics.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality regulations, enforce PPE and LOTO procedures.
• Coordinate production scheduling, capacity planning, overtime, and workforce availability to align with order demand.
• Drive quality improvements, investigate defects, and contain issues to minimize cost impact.
• Maintain material flow, verify shipments, and collaborate with OSS for order sequencing.
• Control overtime, scrap, and productivity to meet cost‑center performance goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising manufacturing teams in a shift environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to communicate policies, provide coaching, and conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
• Hands‑on knowledge of machine operation, tooling, and standard operating procedures.
