Project Engineer – New Product Introduction (Level 3)

About the role

The Project Engineer 3 will lead the introduction of new products and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards. This senior position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and validate the launch of new products and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure projects meet quality requirements and regulatory guidelines (FDA, ISO).
• Coach and monitor NPI Engineers II and technicians, aligning their work with strategic objectives.
• Lead implementation and validation of major production changes, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, applying best‑practice project management techniques.
• Facilitate complex problem‑solving teams and provide technical support across the organization.
• Design, implement, and validate fixtures, tools, and specialized equipment for production changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Materials, Chemical, or Electronic Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience (or 4 years in the medical‑device industry).
• Proven ability to work in complex business environments and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
