Production Operator – MPVS TA

About the role
CooperSurgical is seeking a Production Operator to join its MPVS TA assembly team. The role involves performing manual assembly tasks on production lines that support the manufacturing of medical devices for fertility and women’s health. You will work in a clean-room environment, following strict procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly duties in one or more cells or production lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning your workstation daily.
- Follow written methods, procedures, and company behavior policies.
- Wear appropriate attire, including uniforms or clean-room garments.
- Follow directions from supervisors and complete additional assignments as required.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
- Proficiency using hand tools.
- Experience with computerized control equipment.
