Procurement Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to manage the end‑to‑end procurement process for materials, components and services that support our operational and administrative functions. The role ensures timely delivery, product quality and cost targets while maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and sourcing activities with both domestic and international vendors.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery and supply continuity.
• Own the procurement cycle from supplier selection through purchase order creation, execution and delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times and Incoterms, and resolve any delivery, quality or cost issues.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 standards.
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready procurement documentation within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Planning, Logistics, Quality, Finance and Operations teams to support business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Experience with international procurement and global supply‑chain practices.
• Intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for purchase order management.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and supplier negotiation processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards.
• Intermediate English language skills.
