About the role
The Global Unified Communication and Collaboration team at DHL is seeking a Principal System Support Specialist to provide high‑level technical support for UCC and VoIP services worldwide.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 2nd/3rd level support for Microsoft Teams, O365 components and voice services.
- Perform Operations Acceptance activities to ensure accurate, timely releases to production.
- Guide junior colleagues and contribute to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft environments, data networks, and IT administration in a large global setting.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities, results‑oriented mindset, and customer‑centric focus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Microsoft Teams and O365 components
- AudioCodes gateways and other IP telephony components
- PowerShell scripting
- Network troubleshooting
