About the role
Amazon is looking for a Senior AI Customer Engineer to join the AWS Prototyping and AI Customer Engineering (PACE) team, supporting customers across the LATAM region. You will work in an agile, AI‑enabled environment to help clients prototype innovative products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Architect, develop, test and implement loosely coupled distributed software solutions.
- Research and apply the latest technological developments in customer engagements.
- Align customer requirements with AWS service roadmaps to drive platform adoption.
- Author or contribute to AWS customer‑facing publications such as white‑papers, tutorials and blogs.
Required profile
- Experience in specific technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or data & analytics.
- Proven ability to communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
