Principal Product Manager I

About the role

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager I to lead our Talent Attraction Solutions platform, primarily built on Avature. You will work at the intersection of people strategy, recruiting operations, and AI‑enabled innovation to shape how we attract, engage, and convert top talent worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Attraction stakeholders and cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Architecture, Data Engineering, Design) to define system capabilities and product roadmap.
• Drive discovery, design, and delivery of platform enhancements, ensuring seamless integration across the People Tech landscape.
• Embed AI and automation into recruiting workflows, creating intelligent agents that streamline processes and improve decision‑making.
• Own product vision, roadmap, and prioritization aligned with overall People strategy.
• Collaborate with distributed, cross‑functional product teams to deliver scalable enterprise‑wide solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering complex, enterprise‑scale product solutions, preferably in HR or recruiting technology.
• Strong analytical mindset with a growth‑oriented, entrepreneurial attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑performance, fast‑learning environment and influence stakeholders across the organization.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Avature platform (ATS/CRM).
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation techniques applied to recruiting workflows.
• Data integration and orchestration expertise.
• Product management methodologies (roadmapping, agile delivery, stakeholder alignment).
