Principal Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Coforge is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of high‑performance web applications for its SaaS portfolio. The role is fully remote, targeting talent in LATAM, and requires deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem and modern front‑end technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain scalable web applications using C#, SQL, Angular, and the .NET ecosystem.
• Resolve compliance and security issues identified through AI‑powered analysis within SaaS applications.
• Contribute to architecture and design decisions, including planning and implementing solutions to potential security risks.
• Design and optimise relational databases, stored procedures, and performance‑sensitive SQL queries.
• Build and maintain high‑quality, reliable, and maintainable software following modern engineering practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance.
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Collaborate effectively across teams in a Shift‑Left development environment.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools and modern practices to improve engineering efficiency and software quality.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience building web applications with C#, SQL, and Angular.
• Strong knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, ASP.NET Core, and modern front‑end frameworks.
• Proven ability to design, optimise, and maintain relational databases (MS SQL Server).
• Experience with unit and integration testing, performance tuning, and debugging.
• Clear and confident English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
