Powerpoint Specialist (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced PowerPoint Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The role focuses on creating realistic, complex business presentations and related Office documents that mirror Fortune 500 environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and initiate sophisticated business tasks using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, simulating real‑world scenarios.
• Collaborate with a large language model (LLM) to discuss, edit, and generate Office Open XML files, especially .pptx formats.
• Evaluate two LLM‑generated deliverables per task, selecting the most accurate result based on quality criteria.
• Create prompts and tasks that would normally require multi‑hour effort without AI assistance.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of business documents.
• Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing for various industries and functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong exposure to Excel and Word.
• Proven track record in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail sectors.
• Ability to develop and execute projects across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
