About the role

Join P&G as a Portuguese‑Speaking Consumer Relations Specialist in San José, Costa Rica. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, delivering exceptional service across phone, email and chat while representing a leading consumer‑goods brand.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound consumer inquiries in Portuguese, providing product information, troubleshooting assistance and warranty support.
• Resolve issues efficiently following established protocols to ensure a consistent, positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate escalations and recommend improvements to messaging strategies.
• Engage with consumers on social media to foster loyalty and drive retention.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening.
• Ability to work on‑site for the first five months and adapt to an EST‑based schedule (8 am‑5 pm or 7 am‑4 pm).
• Experience in consumer engagement or any role involving direct customer interaction.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on enhancing consumer satisfaction.
