PingOne Developer – IAM Solutions Engineer

About the role

TD SYNNEX is looking for a hands‑on PingOne Developer to design, build and support scalable Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions. You will create authentication and orchestration workflows from the ground up, delivering secure experiences for customers, partners and internal users.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy CIAM solutions using PingOne DaVinci.
• Build custom authentication, registration, onboarding and user‑journey workflows from scratch.
• Configure and support PingOne platform components: PingOne, Ping Directory, Ping SSO and Ping MFA.
• Develop and maintain API integrations and custom connectors between identity platforms and business applications.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication, federation and identity issues in production environments.
• Analyze SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect flows and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IAM, Security, Infrastructure and Application teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams and implementation guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, security engineering or related software development.
• Proven hands‑on experience developing solutions within PingOne and building workflows with PingOne DaVinci.
• Strong background in troubleshooting authentication, federation and IAM‑related issues.
