Performance Marketing Strategist (B2B)

About the role

Podean, a leading marketplace agency, is seeking a B2B Performance Marketing Strategist to drive digital presence, generate high‑quality leads, and accelerate growth across multiple international markets. You will focus on LinkedIn Ads while collaborating with external partners for other paid channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize full‑funnel B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Ads across lead‑gen, conversion, and awareness objectives.
• Own strategy within OpenAI’s Ads Manager, mapping user intents and configuring native sponsored recommendations.
• Coordinate with a Google Ads contractor to align search and paid social strategies and prevent audience overlap.
• Identify, build, and test landing pages, conducting A/B tests on creative, copy, and targeting.
• Monitor performance, create reports in Google Looker Studio, and contribute data‑driven insights to monthly Marketing MBRs.
• Conduct keyword research, implement on‑page and off‑page SEO, and manage website content via WordPress.
• Track traffic and behavior using Google Analytics and Search Console, and develop link‑building strategies.
• Create blog posts, email campaigns, and digital assets to drive pipeline conversions while maintaining consistent B2B branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience building, targeting, and scaling B2B campaigns on LinkedIn Ads.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate across a highly international landscape (UK, Germany, US, Australia, Brazil, Mexico).
