About the role
Owner is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a large portfolio of customers in Costa Rica. You will focus on at‑risk accounts, drive product adoption, and help turn satisfied users into brand ambassadors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 120+ customers across all lifecycle stages.
- Engage at‑risk customers to maximize adoption, reduce churn and generate brand ambassadors.
- Collaborate with Launch and Support teams to deliver a world‑class experience.
- Identify expansion opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Required profile
- 2+ years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably B2B2C in food/hospitality tech.
- Proven ability to handle high‑volume calls, objection handling and de‑escalation.
- Strong data‑driven decision making and strategic thinking.
- Fluent English communication skills.
