Paid Search Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to own and execute our paid search strategy across brand and non‑brand campaigns. You will develop full‑funnel search programs that support brand, launch and seasonal priorities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid search strategy and manage end‑to‑end campaign builds, including keyword strategy, ad copy, extensions, bidding models and audience targeting.
• Optimize performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROI.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory and medical teams to ensure compliance of ad copy and landing pages.
• Work closely with Analytics and Media teams to align paid search with broader media and measurement strategies.
• Manage agency partners or vendors as needed.
• Design and run structured experiments to test ad copy, bidding, audiences and landing pages.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts and pacing to ensure efficient investment.
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, automation changes and search innovations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.
• At least 2 years of paid search experience managing large‑scale budgets.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in pharma, healthcare or other regulated industries is strongly preferred.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and optimization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
