Outbound Sales Development Representative – Hotel Tech (Remote)

About the role

OpenHotel is seeking its first Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities for its hotel technology platform. You will focus on outbound prospecting of independent hotels, resorts, and management groups across the United States, qualifying leads and scheduling discovery calls for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make 40‑50 outbound calls daily to US‑based hotel operators, general managers, and owners.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Identify decision makers, uncover operational pain points, and qualify opportunities against defined ICP criteria.
• Book and confirm discovery meetings for Account Executives within a 2‑5 day window.
• Prepare detailed CRM handoff notes and maintain clean HubSpot records for every interaction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of outbound B2B sales, appointment setting, or cold‑calling experience.
• Near‑native spoken English for daily calls to US hotel owners and GMs.
• Comfortable with high call volume (40‑50 calls per day) and resilient to rejection.
• Genuine curiosity about hotel operations and hospitality technology.
• Coachable, able to apply feedback quickly, and disciplined in CRM usage.

What we offer

• Base salary of $2,000 per month with on‑target earnings of $50,000 per year.
