Commercial Contract Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Contract Analyst to join the Roche Service Solution team in San Jose, Costa Rica. The role supports Genentech’s US‑based Channel & Contract Management division by managing the full lifecycle of contract operations for healthcare providers, pharmacies, payers and government accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assess operational feasibility of contracting strategies and translate contract terms into actionable solutions.
• Set up and maintain detailed contract information in internal systems, process customer payments and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and US‑based partners on strategy, pricing and distribution projects.
• Develop training materials and performance metrics to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and Roche policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in commercial functions within pharma/biotech or managed‑care environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including experience working with remote US stakeholders.
