OT/IT Systems Support Specialist

About the role

The OT/IT Systems Support Specialist provides first‑ and second‑line assistance for digital and operational platforms across Inteldot’s client environments. Working under senior administrators, you will help monitor, troubleshoot, and document a range of OT/IT applications used in life‑sciences and manufacturing sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the administration and monitoring of MES, Data Historian, Process Control Systems, ERP and related applications.
• Support incident resolution, system troubleshooting, and user account management following standard SOPs.
• Handle service‑desk requests for OT/IT systems, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Execute routine system checks, backups, and configuration tasks to maintain stability and compliance.
• Document activities, configurations, and incidents in the knowledge‑management system.
• Escalate technical issues to functional leads or senior team members as needed.
• Participate in onboarding and training to learn Inteldot’s service catalog and multi‑client delivery framework.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support clients in regulated environments.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of networked systems, operating systems, or industrial applications.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Willingness to learn regulated environments such as life sciences or manufacturing.
• Excellent documentation, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work effectively under supervision.
• Collaborative mindset with interest in developing technical and client‑service skills.
