Entry-Level Business System Analyst – Global Project Management

About the role

Teradyne’s Solution Engineering Group is looking for an entry‑level Business System Analyst to support requirements gathering, reporting and scripting for stakeholders and departmental managers. The role will help ensure that senior management receives timely, data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day administration of the global Project Management tool, including user support, basic configuration updates and documentation.
• Assist with Project Resource Management and Project Financial Management tools, escalating issues when necessary.
• Manage support contract administration with tool suppliers, tracking renewals and coordinating support tickets.
• Gather, clarify and document requirements for project, resource and financial management processes from SEG and Sales stakeholders.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog and update the feature roadmap based on stakeholder input.
• Prepare meeting materials and facilitate reviews to align on requirements, priorities and next steps.
• Coordinate with technical teams to track action items, clarify requirements and validate delivered functionality.
• Provide regular status updates to key stakeholders and keep documentation clear and current.
• Innovate in the creation of reports and dashboards to improve decision‑making.
