Operations Training Associate – Shift B (Temporary)

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Training Associate to join our manufacturing team on a temporary basis (Shift B). You will support the learning curve of new operators, ensure safety compliance, and help maintain high training standards in a fast‑paced medical‑device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute training plans aligned with operation learning curves.
• Develop tools such as checklists, learning‑curve charts, and MSA methods.
• Monitor trainee performance until certification and conduct practical assessments.
• Assist with safety condition reporting and training metric tracking.
• Support problem‑solving and Kaizen events to improve processes.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities in training.
• Coach other trainers and participate in hiring and onboarding activities.
• Contribute to change documentation and flexibility processes as required.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to internal and external customers.
• High patience, emotional intelligence, and attention to detail.
• Effective adult‑training skills with a needs‑based approach.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
