Operations Support Supervisor

About the role

Grupo Transremont Costa Rica is seeking an experienced Operations Support Supervisor to lead its Operations Support team in Heredia. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient daily workflows, high service levels, and continuous process improvement within a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Operations Support team.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and overall operational performance.
• Coordinate activities with internal departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Manage operational escalations and implement effective solutions.
• Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare operational reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support operational projects and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in logistics, warehouse operations, customer support, or similar.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with logistics management systems.
