Operations Specialist – French (APEx)

About the role

The APEx Operations Specialist supports Amazon's large‑item (AMXL) delivery team in Costa Rica. Working on‑site full‑time, you will ensure customers receive a seamless experience by identifying and fixing delivery defects, handling escalations, and communicating solutions directly with customers in both English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Own emerging issues that affect customers and business stakeholders, drive resolution and suggest preventive actions.
• Proactively monitor scheduled deliveries and resolve defects quickly.
• Provide professional, timely phone support to customers, explaining solutions and updates.
• Use internal dashboards to deliver accurate information and an exceptional experience for partners.
• Escalate system, process, and feedback trends to management.
• Act as the voice of the customer to challenge processes and improve overall experience.
• Identify root causes of recurring problems and propose process improvements.
• Meet defined quality and productivity metrics while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain an analytical approach to task prioritisation and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and French.
• Legally authorized to work in Costa Rica and located in the country.
