Operations Manager

About the role

Ingram Micro seeks an experienced Operations Manager with an engineering background to drive operational excellence, lead high‑performing teams and deliver measurable business results in a complex environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, set clear goals, and build a high‑performance culture.
• Manage KPIs related to productivity, quality, cost, efficiency and service delivery.
• Translate business objectives into operational plans, measurable targets and actionable initiatives.
• Optimize workforce allocation, capacity and resource utilization to improve efficiency.
• Identify performance gaps, streamline workflows and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, Supply Chain and other functions to resolve challenges.
• Analyze operational trends, assess risks and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) and at least 5 years of progressive operations leadership experience.
• Proven people‑leadership skills with experience developing talent and managing performance.
• Strong business acumen, ability to balance cost, performance and organizational goals.
• Advanced English proficiency for executive communication.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or DMAIC methodology experience.
• Data‑driven decision making and KPI management.
• Stakeholder management across functions.
