Operations Excellence Engineer I

About the role

The Operations Excellence Engineer I supports tactical planning and capacity optimization for a manufacturing plant. You will work on projects that improve resource efficiency, material flow, and overall production performance while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Measure, evaluate and improve line capacity and production standards.
• Develop and maintain capacity models to record and analyse plant data.
• Implement improvement projects that increase floor efficiency, remove non‑value‑added tasks and grow line capacity.
• Support automation and optimisation of facility‑wide efficiency management systems.
• Promote compliance with GMP, GDP, EHS and other regulatory requirements.
• Generate operational reports and assist with short‑ and medium‑term capacity planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
