About the role
The Operations Associate will support the day‑to‑day functioning of Carao Ventures in San José. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that internal workflows run smoothly, records are accurate, and the investment team can focus on their core activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and events for the firm and its portfolio founders.
- Manage internal workflows, maintain accurate documentation, and support fund operations.
- Collect data, prepare reports, and assist with internal tools that enable efficient collaboration.
- Interact regularly with founders, partners, and external stakeholders, providing timely and professional communication.
- Support special projects that strengthen the firm’s internal operations and ecosystem presence.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills with external partners and internal teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Interest in venture‑capital environments and supporting investment operations.
