About the role

CooperSurgical Inc., a leading women’s health company, is looking for a Production Operator to join its Costa Rica facility. The role focuses on assembling medical devices used in fertility and gynecological procedures, ensuring high‑quality output in a clean‑room environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks on one or more production cells or lines, following documented methods.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workstation and throughout the work area, cleaning daily.
• Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from supervisors and comply with company behavior policies.
• Complete additional assignments as needed by management.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and conduct basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Previous experience working on production lines.

Required skills

• Manual assembly experience.
• Knowledge of assembly procedures.
• Use of hand tools.
• Experience with computerized control equipment.
