About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Operator to work at the Zona Franca La Lima facility in Cartago. The role involves handling inbound raw materials and finished goods, ensuring safe storage, accurate inventory management and timely dispatch according to production plans.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record incoming raw material shipments.
• Verify accompanying documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, labeling, expiration dates and lot numbers.
• Prepare raw material for production according to the schedule.
• Maintain the integrity and security of raw materials and finished products within the warehouse.
• Perform daily inventory counts and support cycle‑count processes.
• Apply FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) principles for storage and dispatch.
• Report any non‑conformities, damages or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, stackers and pallet trucks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, orderly and compliant with safety procedures.
• Use the ERP system (E1) for inventory transfers, location changes, receipt processing and dispatch preparation.

Required profile

• Completed ninth grade of secondary education.
• At least one year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Availability to work the B shift (Monday‑Saturday 2 pm‑10 pm) and/or C shift (Sunday‑Saturday 10 pm‑6 am).
• Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Microsoft Office).

Required skills

• Forklift operation (or similar heavy‑equipment handling).
• Stacker and pallet‑truck operation.
• Basic computer skills, especially Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with the ERP system (E1) for inventory management.
