About the role

We are looking for a Telemarketing Officer to execute portfolio development strategies that drive growth and profitability of the bank’s credit card business. The role involves contacting current and potential customers through inbound and outbound calls to promote, sell, and retain a range of banking products.

Key responsibilities

• Implement portfolio development campaigns for credit card products, including product delivery, offering, and retention.
• Make and receive calls to existing and prospective customers in line with the bank’s strategic objectives.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross‑sell additional banking products during calls.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the bank’s systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall business strategy.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
• University student pursuing studies in Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in customer service, call‑center environments, or sales (in‑person or telephone).
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using Windows‑based computer systems.
