MRO Analyst

About the role

The MRO Analyst will manage manufacturing, repair and operations (MRO) items used in production processes for Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Costa Rica. The role ensures that critical materials are stocked to meet volume production needs while maintaining compliance with Good Documentation Practices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze consumable usage data and forecast optimal reorder points to balance inventory levels and production stability.
• Monitor delivery schedules for MRO items through the defined procurement process.
• Coordinate with a third‑party integrator to guarantee timely availability of manufacturing supplies.
• Maintain daily cross‑functional relationships, using communication and active listening to resolve material discrepancies.
• Address and resolve issues related to customer satisfaction, logistics, and quality.
• Ensure all activities comply with applicable federal, state, local laws, and Johnson & Johnson corporate procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
