Mobile App Developer (Flutter / React Native)

About the role

Bolder Apps is looking for a mid‑level mobile developer to design, build, and ship cross‑platform applications for its clients. You will own features from specification through store release, using AI‑assisted coding tools as part of your daily workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and ship iOS and Android apps using Flutter and React Native.
• Manage the full release pipeline, including builds, code signing, TestFlight, Play Console submissions, and staged rollouts.
• Integrate apps with real back‑ends (REST, GraphQL), handling authentication, offline caching, background sync, and push notifications.
• Write native modules and bridges in Swift and Kotlin when platform‑specific functionality is required.
• Leverage AI coding agents to generate code, then review and validate the output before merging.
• Test on physical devices, monitor crash reports, and iterate to improve performance (cold‑start time, frame rates, bundle size, battery usage).
• Connect applications to Supabase and Firebase services for auth, data rules, and server‑side routes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of intensive mobile development experience with at least five apps published to the stores.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted development tools as a core part of your workflow.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, data modeling, app lifecycle, background processing, and OS fragmentation.
• Ability to work directly with product owners and designers without a translation layer.
