Mid-Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Java/Python, React, TypeScript, AWS

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to join our fast‑moving team delivering cutting‑edge solutions for top startups worldwide. You will work on end‑to‑end features, from backend services to responsive front‑end interfaces, while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java or Python.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to create technical designs for new features.
• Own feature development from database schema design through deployment, including frontend implementation with React and TypeScript.
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests; ensure high code quality and coverage.
• Conduct code reviews for both backend and frontend code.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely fixes.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., Cursor, ClaudeCode, Codex) to automate tasks, assist coding, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication.
• 4+ years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Team‑player motivated by a startup environment and eager to take ownership.
