About the role
VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Mid Project Manager to join its Costa Rica office. The role focuses on overseeing the full lifecycle of client projects within a creative and marketing environment, ensuring delivery that is on time, on budget and exceeds brief expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope and develop detailed plans.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage resources.
- Maintain timelines, budgets and financial tracking.
- Communicate progress and expectations to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Identify, assess and mitigate project risks.
- Negotiate trade‑offs to meet agreed objectives.
- Oversee execution and delivery of project deliverables.
- Conduct post‑project reviews and capture learnings.
Required profile
- Mid‑level experience managing end‑to‑end projects.
- Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritize business needs and manage competing demands.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
