Member Services Representative

About the role

The Member Services Representative creates memorable experiences for members, guests and prospective members at Zapotal Beach Club. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will deliver personalized, professional service and support daily department operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting members, guests and prospects with a warm, professional welcome.
• Manage the Member Services inbox, responding promptly to inquiries, reservations, itineraries and special requests.
• Prepare and distribute daily Transportation Reports to relevant departments.
• Arrange dining, transportation and activity reservations on‑ and off‑property and create customized itineraries.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of member and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate records of member preferences, shipping and package handling, and support office logistics.
• Participate in member events, representing the club professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or luxury environments.
• High level of professionalism, discretion and a service‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk and lift up to 30 lb during an 8‑hour shift.
