Material Handler – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Material Handler will support Teradyne's Costa Rica operations by ensuring accurate inventory management and timely movement of test materials. This position is essential for maintaining the flow of components needed for manufacturing automation and test solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily logistics operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping material.
• Perform regular cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Manage inventory movements and support international purchase processes.
• Execute FIFO and LIFO inventory methods.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis for inventory issues.
• Participate in innovative projects that improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with ERP/WMS systems.
• English proficiency at A2 level.
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Required skills

• MS Excel.
• ERP and WMS usage.
• Microsoft Office package.
• Understanding of FIFO and LIFO inventory methods.
