Marketing Specialist

About the role

Jacaruso Enterprises is seeking a Marketing Specialist to bring its brand to life through design, content, video production, and creative marketing support. This 90‑day contract‑to‑hire position will work across multiple departments to create assets that strengthen the brand and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design print and digital marketing assets such as advertisements, brochures, flyers, presentations, email graphics, social media content, and branded collateral.
• Edit and produce video content for marketing, recruiting, training, and customer‑facing initiatives.
• Support company meetings, conferences, and internal events with signage, promotional materials, and creative assets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Recruiting, Bold Moves, Executive Leadership, and external vendors to deliver projects.
• Manage creative projects from request through completion while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure all work aligns with Jacaruso Enterprises’ brand standards and voice.
• Identify opportunities to improve creative execution, workflows, and efficiency using AI and emerging technology.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or creative services.
• Strong ability to think like a marketer and create polished, on‑brand work.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and consistently meets tight deadlines.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
