Marketing Activation Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Activation Specialist will own the end‑to‑end execution of digital demand‑generation campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Activation, you will work with global marketing, product and sales teams to launch, optimize and report on high‑impact campaigns that drive pipeline and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure and launch full‑lifecycle Marketo campaigns, including email creation, list segmentation and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with regional teams to localize assets, ensure accurate targeting and perform rigorous quality‑assurance checks before launch.
• Design and run A/B tests, analyze performance data and apply optimization tactics to improve open rates, click‑throughs and conversions.
• Track campaign metrics, generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with privacy regulations, manage list hygiene and monitor deliverability to minimize unsubscribes.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience managing campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple campaign requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of email‑marketing regulations and best practices.
