About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Organic Growth Specialist with at least three years of experience to boost website traffic through SEO, content marketing and social media. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creativity to build sustainable organic strategies that generate qualified leads and raise brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimise website content.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Write blogs, case studies, guides and lead‑generation material.
• Maintain content calendars and posting schedules.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs and social media insights.
• Drive website traffic growth through organic channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with business goals.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing and social media management.
• English proficiency at C1‑C2 level (written and verbal).
• Proven track record of driving organic website traffic growth.
• Strong content writing and creation abilities.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
