Litigation Attorney (Personal Injury)

About the role

The client is a New York‑based personal injury law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle high‑volume personal injury cases from initial evaluation through trial preparation. The position is full‑time, works on an EST schedule, and is open to candidates located in LATAM with advanced English skills.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze case files, assess liability, damages, insurance coverage, and venue considerations.
• Develop litigation strategies and decide between litigation or pre‑litigation resolution.
• Draft, review, and refine complaints, summonses, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents using firm templates and AI‑generated drafts.
• Manage discovery processes, identify evidentiary gaps, and ensure timely progression of matters.
• Prepare cases for trial, including evidence organization and witness coordination.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney with 1‑5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
