Learning & Instructional Design Consultant

About the role

As an Instructional Designer in the Talent & Organization practice you will work with client teams to understand business challenges, design and deliver high‑impact learning solutions, and coach junior designers to raise the overall quality of training deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to analyse business problems, define solution approaches and manage design, development and delivery phases.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses and develop curricula aligned with client objectives.
• Create detailed content outlines, design standards, templates and checklists for learning solutions.
• Review training deliverables to ensure quality meets project and industry standards.
• Identify risks, propose mitigations and coach instructional designers and content developers.

Required profile

• Graduate or Post‑Graduate degree, preferably in Journalism, Mass Communication, English Literature, Advertising or Public Relations.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in content development and instructional design.
• Experience leading and coaching small teams independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
