Learning Experience Developer (Level IV)

About the role

We are looking for a Learning Experience Developer (Level IV) to design, build and evaluate engaging e‑learning solutions that support our training objectives. The role acts as a trusted learning resource, partnering with stakeholders to close skill gaps and enhance organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate training plans and programs aligned with departmental objectives.
• Conduct training needs assessments and create targeted learning solutions.
• Design and produce e‑learning courses, instructional videos, and other learning materials for adult learners.
• Translate storyboards and detailed instructional designs into interactive, accessible learning experiences.
• Manage multiple development tasks, meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, and ensure technical soundness of deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and external stakeholders to address training gaps and optimize performance.
• Support HR initiatives by assisting with tool implementation, measuring outcomes, and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, Public Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in HR, business operations, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of professional experience developing e‑learning, web‑based training, and instructional videos.
• Proven ability to build interactive learning content for adult learners.
• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Experience working from storyboards or detailed instructional designs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
