Learning Design & Development Senior Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Learning Design & Development Senior Analyst to join our Learning & Development team in Costa Rica. In this role you will design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions that align with business goals and boost employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor‑led, virtual, self‑paced, and web‑based learning solutions.
• Create engaging eLearning content, simulations, scenario‑based learning, videos, and other digital assets.
• Conduct training needs analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Develop storyboards, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and business partners to ensure content accuracy and learning effectiveness.
• Measure training impact and recommend continuous improvements.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Multimedia Design or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, or multimedia development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ to C1 level.
