Bilingual Teaching Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Teaching Assistant to support classroom instruction in English and Spanish at ISP. The role involves assisting teachers, providing individual or group support to students, and helping maintain a safe and organized learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in preparing and delivering educational activities.
• Provide individual or group support to students during lessons.
• Reinforce instructions and content in English and Spanish according to classroom needs.
• Support supervision and positive management of student behavior.
• Collaborate in developing and organizing teaching materials.
• Keep classroom materials, resources, and spaces organized.
• Support attendance tracking, homework records, and basic communication with families.
• Supervise students during recess, lunch, arrivals, and departures when required.
• Identify and communicate relevant academic, emotional, or behavioral situations.
