Lead Specialist, Learning and Development

About the role

The Lead Specialist will join Deloitte Enterprise Solutions' Growth & Development team to design, deliver and measure learning programs that align with business priorities. You will work in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, collaborating with global stakeholders to build innovative development experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and operationalize in‑person and virtual development programs.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, quality and alignment with objectives.
• Assist in creating learning programs and innovative training experiences.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with cross‑geo business stakeholders, SMEs, and delivery teams.
• Conduct data analysis and recommend reporting solutions to measure program impact.
• Apply project and program management skills to keep multiple initiatives on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, complex, hybrid environment.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and generative AI, including prompt engineering and tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles; instructional design experience is a plus.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience is preferred.
• Excellent English and Spanish oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite to produce high‑quality deliverables.
