LATAM COE Senior Tax Analyst

About the role

The LATAM COE Senior Tax Analyst will ensure tax compliance and governance across Latin American markets. You will support tax and audit processes, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and support tax and audit processes across LATAM markets, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders, auditors, and tax authorities to deliver timely and accurate tax‑related deliverables.
• Review indirect tax returns during closing and control approval, and manage Transfer Pricing Adjustments.
• Prepare management reports, performance analyses, and projections for decision‑making and business planning.
• Drive process improvement through standardisation, simplification, automation and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Shared Services and local market teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Tax, Audit, Risk Management or related areas, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of LATAM tax regulations, compliance processes and governance requirements.
• Experience supporting tax audits and working with internal and external auditors.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial and tax analysis.
• Experience with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Advanced Power BI knowledge and dashboard creation.
