KYC Operations Training Specialist

About the role

The KYC Operations Training Specialist will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for global KYC operations staff. You will be responsible for both technical and soft‑skill development, ensuring new hires and existing employees receive high‑quality learning experiences in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deliver the New Hire KYC Foundation Course for global operations.
• Identify technical and soft‑skill gaps on an ongoing basis and adapt training materials accordingly.
• Design, update and assess training content using appropriate learning interventions.
• Maintain training controls: track attendance, publish invites on time, follow up with new hires, and manage documentation.
• Provide training to all business levels, from operational staff to senior managers.
• Develop and sustain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Stay informed of business strategy changes, new policies, processes and technology enhancements, creating necessary training updates.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in learning and talent development.
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge clearly and simplify complex concepts.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum 90% spoken).
• Experience building effective networks across all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML processes is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
