Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst

About the role

The Junior Transfer Pricing Analyst supports key financial processes in a global environment, ensuring compliance with transfer pricing regulations and contributing to automation initiatives. The role combines theoretical knowledge from specialized training with practical experience to deliver high‑quality analysis and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and execute transfer pricing and statutory accounting analyses, including profitability reviews, documentation, and ICO recharges.
• Prepare local transfer pricing files for multiple jurisdictions, applying OECD guidelines and client operating models.
• Perform reconciliations across ERP systems and internal deployments.
• Support transactional activities, gather reports for SOX controls, and assist fiscal and external audits.
• Supervise assignments that require judgment, initiative, and technical expertise.
• Review, create, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for legal updates, process changes, and special scenarios.
• Identify improvement opportunities and develop automated operational processes.

Required profile

• Solid understanding of accounting and finance processes.
• Upper‑intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in business applications, especially MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Knowledge of transfer pricing or tax processes is a plus.
• Ability to manage change and adopt new processes.
