Junior Software Engineer – Remote

About the role
We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid remote AI training program. You will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate responses for quality, and create coding challenges that help improve the AI model. The work is asynchronous and project‑based, making it ideal for developers who prefer flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess code produced by AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and best‑practice compliance.
- Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
- Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
- Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in AI‑generated code using structured guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level, or senior).
- Legally authorised to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
