Junior Software Engineer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role

We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully‑remote AI training program. In this role you will evaluate AI‑generated code, rate the quality of AI responses, and create coding challenges that help improve the underlying models. The position is project‑based, asynchronous and offers flexible hours up to 40 per week depending on project availability.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency and adherence to best practices.
• Rate AI responses on dimensions such as correctness, instruction‑following and overall quality.
• Design original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
• Identify bugs, errors and inconsistencies in AI‑produced code using structured guidelines.
• Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve future AI outputs.
• Follow project guidelines, quality standards and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid‑level or senior).
• Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Background in full‑stack, backend, frontend, mobile or any engineering discipline.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
