Junior Software Developer – Remote AI Training Role

About the role
We are seeking motivated software engineers across Latin America to join a paid, fully remote AI training program. You will work asynchronously, reviewing AI‑generated code, rating responses, and creating coding challenges that help improve our AI models.
Key responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI‑generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
- Rate AI responses on correctness, instruction‑following, and overall quality.
- Write original computer‑science questions and coding challenges to test AI capabilities.
- Identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies using structured guidelines.
- Provide clear, constructive written feedback to improve AI outputs.
- Follow project guidelines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Required profile
- Software engineering experience at any level (junior, mid, or senior).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Legal authorization to work in one of the listed Latin American countries.
Required skills
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, Rust.
What we offer
- Up to $34 USD per hour (core rate) with performance incentives averaging 7.5%.
