Junior Product Owner (Remote)

About the role

Join BairesDev as a Junior Product Owner and start your career in product management. You will work remotely, supporting senior product owners in shaping product backlogs, defining user stories, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing and executing product development plans under senior supervision.
• Learn and apply Agile and Scrum practices to product development.
• Gather and define product requirements, write user stories, and maintain the backlog.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure clear understanding of features.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, providing feedback.
• Help track and report progress and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn product lifecycle and market trends.
• Good problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Advanced level of English.
